1. The service

OOTD Score analyses a photo of an outfit and returns a score plus styling suggestions. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK).
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• One person should not maintain multiple accounts to farm credits.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos you upload.
• You grant us a limited licence to process the photo solely to generate your score and, if you share, to display the thumbnail.
• You must have the right to upload the image. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.
• No illegal, explicit, harassing or infringing content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not: scrape or automate the service; attempt to bypass credits, rate limits or referral caps; probe or attack the infrastructure; resell the service without permission; or use it to harass anyone.

5. AI advice disclaimer

Scores and suggestions are generated by an AI model. They are subjective opinions for entertainment and general guidance, not professional fashion, medical, psychological or body-image advice. Do not rely on them for decisions with real consequences.

6. Credits and rewards

• Free credits, referral bonuses and daily caps are set by us and may change.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be revoked if obtained through abuse.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, copy and code are ours or our licensors'. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated advice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. Material changes will be announced in the app.

5. AI 建议免责

评分与建议由 AI 模型生成，属于主观意见，仅供娱乐与一般参考，不构成时尚、医疗、心理或身材相关专业建议。请勿据此做出有实际后果的决策。

6. 点数与奖励

• 免费点数、邀请奖励与每日上限由我们设定，可能调整。
• 点数不可折现、不可转让；通过滥用获得的点数可被撤销。

7. 知识产权

本应用的界面、文案与代码归我们或授权方所有，未经许可不得复制或再分发。

8. 终止

你可随时在应用内删除账号。对违反本条款或滥用服务的账号，我们可予以停用。

9. 责任限制

本服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对间接或后果性损失、或因依赖 AI 建议产生的损失承担责任。

10. 条款变更

我们可能更新本条款，更新后继续使用即视为接受。重大变更将在应用内公告。
